Seeking Goals and Reaching Objectives - THIS YEAR

Thanks for the recap. We always think of New Years as the time to adopt a few resolutions for the new year. But more often than not, these last a few weeks and by February they are distant history. Your article and the links are a good refresher that we need to do an overall evaluation of what we are doing and where we are headed. Even if the result is simply fine tuning our goals, it is important that periodically we do this evaluation. Otherwise it is too easy to fall into a rut with direction.
